Our environmental actions

Our hotel restaurant Gilles Moreau takes care of nature and the environment.

What we already do:

• Water collector for watering the gardens,
• No pesticides,
• Compost for our vegetable gardens,
• Chickens for food waste,
• Reduction of packaging with our local suppliers,
• Purchase of raw materials from local producers to avoid transport.

What you can do to help us:

• Close your windows when the heating is on,
• Don't overheat your room,
• Turn off the lights when you leave your room,
• Prefer showers to baths,
• Sort your waste in the room with two bins,
• Keep your towels for several days.
